Welcome! It’s an honor you were guided here. I’ll be blunt & vulnerable...I know what it is to become dissociated & burnt out — giving endlessly at work & home until it wreaks havoc on your health & spirit. to be called to serve in healthcare & lead in well-being, yet show up for everyone but yourself. To spiral into anxiety, depression, addiction, & codependency. To feel lost in comparison, shame, & self-judgment — numb, repressed, & wondering if anything you do matters.

For decades, my nervous system lived in survival mode, leaving me anxious, exhausted, disconnected, & sick. No medication could “fix” me. I believed I was broken, that joy, wholeness, & purpose were for others — until I woke up through the practice of yoga.

That awakening changed everything. I became radically honest with myself & realized I’d been living in childhood patterns of depletion & victimhood. Only I could demolish them. Through awareness, movement, & compassion, I began to rewire my nervous system & create resilient pathways that nourished my body, heart, & mind — allowing me to respond, not react, & to live from peace, not pain.

I remembered the truth: I am innately whole. My body was never the enemy — it was my greatest ally, always communicating its needs to heal. When I began honoring it as sacred & designing my life around its wisdom, I rebuilt my foundation of vitality & trust. When I supported my body, it began to support me.

Serving others now works for me, not against me. Through small, sustainable shifts & consistent daily self-love, I’ve learned to meet life’s challenges with a calm, resilient nervous system & a confident, open heart.

Today I live aligned — Self-resourced, Grounded, playful, & wildly alive. I want this for you too!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • NO! There are many misconceptions about yoga. All you need to know is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! Each practice being guided will have modifications that you can make to suit your individual needs. I am a guide, you listen to your body ALWAYS! If it does not feel good, then STOP. Ask questions if needed.

  • Day 1: Oct. 17th at 7 PM EST session with me (No Guest Speaker)

    Days 2-5: Oct. 18-21 | 2 sessions/day

    Guest Speakers at 1 PM EST

    2nd Session with me 7 PM EST

    **You will need Zoom capabilities to attend the sessions. Please download the Zoom app if you do not have it so you can join the live sessions. For info. on how to download click Here

  • I highly encourage you to make them live, you will gain way more out of the experience! Saying YES to yourself & the connection with community are powerful beyond measure. You must attend live to be eligible for the daily giveaways/prizes. Gift yourself this time. Rearrange your schedule, lock yourself in a room &/or get a babysitter. If you absolutely can’t attend, the replay will be available within 24 hrs. You will have access to the replays for one week after the event ends.

  • The 45-60 min. live sessions include sharing, breathwork, meditation, journaling, movement. (Nothing crazy! It’s all designed to do quickly & easily throughout the day & gentle, nourishing practices at night) There will also be a Private Facebook Group so connection & sharing can deepen the experience. Small, daily home-play given to integrate what you have learned.

  • Curiosity, an open-mind & a clean, quiet space are imperative! Please dress in comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Bring purified water, a notebook & pen. You may also love to have a blanket or nourishing beverage such as hot tea. No caffeine or alcohol please, they will disrupt your nervous system.
